Processing of Personal Data

Personal data are any kind of information that to some extent can be attributed to you.

RISPOSTA is the data controller and processes your personal data in the following cases:

a) When you visit our website and you consent to our use of cookies (link to cookie policy), we automatically collect information about your use of the website, e.g., about which type of browser you use, which search terms you use, your IP address, including your network location, and information about your computer, tablet, or mobile. The purpose is to optimize the user experience and the website's functionality, as well as conduct targeted marketing, including retargeting via Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

We use the legal basis in the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6, paragraph 1, point a.

b) When you contact us via email, we process your personal data to the extent you provide them to us. We process your information to accommodate your inquiry. We delete your inquiry once the case is closed. We use the legal basis in the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6, paragraph 1, point f, as it is in our interest to answer your inquiry.

d) When you are a customer with us, we store your contact and payment information for the purpose of being able to communicate and settle with you. This is necessary for us to enter into an agreement with you. We retain information for use in accounting materials for 5 years after the customer relationship ends in accordance with accounting law.

 

We use the legal basis in the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6, paragraph 1, point b.

RISPOSTA is the data processor for the personal data we obtain or gain access to as part of the advice and coaching that we provide to our customers.

We use the legal basis in the General Data Protection Regulation Article 6, paragraph 1, point b. The type of personal data depends on the solution that we are to provide to the customer and matters concerning deletion/return and subprocessors are regulated in the data processing agreement.

Disclosure of Personal Data

RISPOSTA uses a number of subprocessors in connection with the processing of personal data, including IT solution providers. In relevant cases, data is disclosed to banks, debt collection agencies, shipping companies, accountants, etc.

We only use data processors in the EU or secure third countries, as well as companies in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

As data processors outside the EU are used:

Data Processing contracts have been entered into with the above companies, and appropriate supplementary security measures have been implemented to secure the transfer of personal data.

The use of subprocessors in connection with the development and support of solutions for customers is regulated in the respective data processing agreements.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded, or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, being abused, or otherwise treated in violation of the law.
